This can include employment programs and place-based policies that aim at employment services, connecting low-income parents to â€Å"nice jobs,† and utilizing work supports and incentives as well as asset expansion programs. Promoting savings and banking accounts, encouraging home ownership and motivating families to acquire the Earned Income Tax Credit can also be a good approach.
